Industries
Systel works across process industries. Three sectors make up most of the work: textile mills, tyre and rubber plants, and ceramics. Each uses compressed air differently, and each loses it in different places.
Textile mills
Spinning, winding and weaving run around the clock, and air demand follows production closely. Losses hide in idle machines that keep consuming air, in pressure set for the most demanding machine and in leaks across long distribution networks.
Tyre and rubber plants
Large compressor stations, high-pressure users and batch processes with sharp demand peaks. The questions are usually about sequencing, pressure levels and how much air each department really uses.
Ceramics
Dust, heat and pneumatic conveying make air quality and filter maintenance central. Dust collector cleaning and conveying are often the largest and least measured users.
Other process industries follow the same programme: a feasibility visit, a digitization project with a measured baseline, and quarterly reviews.
By invitation. Not a free audit. A feasibility visit is where scope, sensor points and project value are frozen. It starts with a phone call.
